Where Awesome Renters and Sweet Rentals meet their match.
Rentleads is a part of Showpads that looks to connect the realtor / landlord and renters with the most appropriate property on a in a matching style website, where the renter searches for the most suitable property through features and filters and then be contacted by the landlord or property manager to a later visit. Connecting both sides of the transaction with more accuracy brings us closer to clear expectations without losing money or time on the part of the manager or part of the landlord.
I analyzed the problem and what surrounds it. Then I analyzed different tests for applying an easy and simple solution in the final design. These are the steps of my process.

we looked at real estate websites to compare key offerings and features. so we found what value features, Rentleads could offer.
We separated the features by “Must”, “Should”, “Could”, and “Won’t” have.

In Tracie's journey map she goes through the process of finding a place where to live using her free time, she is researching, and choosing the best place that fits for her budget and features. This customer journey map shows us the ups and downs of the process, and how we can improve her journey so she experiences more joy out of it continues along.
In Robert's jjourney map he goes through the process of uploading new listings with places to get more renters in his free time, he is uploading information and photos in different websites, then after he needs to wait for the renter that fits for the property value and features. I needed quick feedback on my concept and flow before my final prototype for Tracy ( renter user ), so I decided to do a low-fi prototype.
PHOTO SELECTION AND RETOUCH
In Rentleads study we designed the prototype based on the already established Showpads look, so renters and realtors get an unified design with an already positioned brand in this case Showpads.
After all the studies and research we managed to find a point where the prototype showed that we can build a system where the features of property ( realtor ) and renter matches in an accurate and organized way listings for both sides.
That using a friendly language for Rentleads can make the transaction more enjoyable.
